Yet Another Zombie Survivors Updates
From July 2023 Early Access to the 1.0 launch package.
Yet Another Zombie Survivors spent three years in Early Access and then shipped 1.0 on 20 August 2026. This hub is the patch desk. The feature drop is version 1.0. The longer road is patch notes. Official leftovers stay on the Trello roadmap. Mechanical guides stay in Guides Hub.
If you are a new buyer, you do not need the 0.3 worm patch. You need to know that Isolated City is no longer the whole game, that Ranger exists, that Bio Lab is a ring, and that Boss Rush was rebuilt. Read 1.0, then Getting Started.
If you are an Early Access veteran, you do need the translation layer. Training refunds still exist. Three-person squads still exist. Your old SWAT / Engineer / Tank muscle memory still works. Your old “there is no hub” complaint does not. Quests are optional. Prestige is optional. Bio Lab is not optional if you want the new map badge.
What we will not do on this hub
We will not paste every Steam news HTML table. We will not pretend a 0.2 Medic unlock counter is still current if the tooltip moved. We will not invent patch numbers. When in doubt, hover the in-game icon and believe Zombiepedia.
Console and PC cadence
1.0 was a simultaneous-ish multi-platform launch: Steam, GOG, PlayStation, Xbox. A Switch version is planned after that day. Demos exist. Introductory discounts existed at launch. None of that changes how Hardcore works. It changes where you buy the disk image. See the review for specs.
When a post-1.0 patch lands, this hub will point at a new child page instead of rewriting every guide in a panic. Until then, treat 1.0 as the floor and the Trello as the ceiling.
Also use this hub as the index of tone. Version 1.0 is hype plus a feature list. Patch history is archaeology. Maps is what those patches did to the ground. Training is what they did to the account board. If you only read one update page this week, read 1.0, then go dawn Isolated City before you argue with a 2023 screenshot. Then open patch notes only if a friend is still quoting Early Access Boss Rush.
